FERTILE FOODS RECIPE: GREEN SOUP
This is a cleansing, alkalizing (inflammation-reducing) soup that removes unopposed estrogen from the tissues and supports weight loss.
1-4 Servings, depending on amount of greens used — Approximately 98 calories per serving when using vegetable broth; 15 calories per serving when using water
Equal parts of the following, chopped:
- Green beans
- Vegetable broth or water
- Cover chopped veggies with vegetable broth or water in a soup pot. Bring to a boil then turn to medium heat.
- Cook until veggies are soft.
- Allow to cool
- Once cool, blend in the blender until smooth.
Soup can be enjoyed at any temperature.
